QUALIFICATION DESIRED:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science, Business or Related Field and two (2) years professional work experience in technology industry; MBA preferred. Ability to develop software using; HTML, MS .NET ASPX, C#, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Office Tools Understanding of the principles, procedures, and standards of project management and systems methodologies.
Essential Job Functions
Implement process improvement changes through modifying existing software and implementing new software solutions. Integrate new software packages into existing ERP environment by building the appropriate infrastructure connectivity Test and document the developed software. Identify process improvement opportunities across the Organization Develop proposals for implementation of improvements Work with the Web Marketing Manager to enhance the value of the existing web site for both our Customers and for departments within Company by developing new features and functionality. Stay informed of new technologies and changes in existing technologies with a keen eye on how these changes may improve Information Systems deliverables. Analyze key system metrics, create reports, and formulate conclusions and recommendations for improvements. Identify and champion new ideas including new technologies, methodologies, and processes. Provide support to existing ERP, Web, office automation, and warehousing systems. Other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned as the job requirements dictate.
REQUIREMENTS:
Drives the completion of projects and initiatives; follows through on the execution of chosen strategies, and demonstrates an ability to stay the course in spite of obstacles. Ability to focus on and manage multiple objectives simultaneously Flexible, able to respond immediately to often changing business priorities Excellent problem solving skills Must be an exceptional communicator who can immediately grasp concepts at the systems strategy, technology change, and user requirements levels and convert them into action plans. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing required. A team player that understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization. Bright, conceptual and a quick learner - able to quickly assess a situation and generate new insights and usable ideas. A team player that understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
