years related work experience in a unified communications role with hand-on CUCM and Unity Connection experience. Experience with Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), including Scripting, highly desirable. Experience in a Help Desk environment focusing on troubleshooting voice issues a plus.

Computer Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Communications Manager (CUCM) 8.6 and Unity Connection 8.6. Experience with Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) 8.5, Cisco IOS as well as network and PC operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, Server 2008, 2012, Linux Solid knowledge of security controls and vulnerabilities including authentication systems, VPN's, Firewall's and other network security devices. In depth knowledge and experience installing, analysing, and troubleshooting networking technology including TCP/IP, Routers, Switching, VLANs, LANs, WANs and Wireless systems In depth knowledge of layer 2 and 3 technologies Jabber infrastructure implementation/support WebEx (internal) infrastructure implementation/support Experience supporting enterprise ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred) Extensive experience supporting web Servers and web commerce environments Practical, hands-on skills related to IT including structural wiring, power management, storage, voice and data networking, backup and recovery, disaster planning, server and desktop management and end user support

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
