Job Summary Tech Services works with Sales to bridge the FogHorn technology from engineering to customers. The success of partners and end users depends on the Tech Services Engineer's ability to position the product, educate customers, help architect solutions and support deployments. Key Qualifications Experience in Operations Technology for one or more of the following industries:
Manufacturing, Smart Transportation and Smart City. Bonus:
Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Experience in an outbound technical role working with customers Experience with Linux-based deployments and solutions Responsibilities Work with business development and sales to explain the product, identify solution architectures, train partner and customer developers and support the product Present and improve technical pre-sales and post-sales materials Interact with customer and partner developers remotely and in person Provide feedback to product management and engineering on market use cases Leverage and contribute to best practices across the team in use of tools, techniques and materials Minimum qualifications Minimum qualifications 5
years experience in a pre-sales technical support role Developed and supported software deployments for 5
years Knowledge of Linux, python, bash scripting, system architecture in the context of creating deployment solutions Ability to present training classes of a deeply technical nature Some knowledge of machine learning use cases, types of models, applications Strong written communication skills, interacting with customers, responding with SoWs to customer requirements Enjoy working in a startup environment and building new solutions Self-directed, ability to identify and contribute to areas for improvement, work with a collaborative team Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical SupportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
