Software Engineer III

Description ZIN is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with embedded software skills to support the development of human-rated space vehicle avionics and subsystem software.
Responsibilities:
o Work with space programs and flight projects associated with the International Space Station (ISS), visiting vehicles providing logistics to ISS, the Orion crewed spacecraft, the Gateway lunar outpost, and lunar landers. o Work will include:
o prototyping o requirements definition o design o development o test and verification o integration o certification of embedded software Requirements o U.S. CITIZENSHIP OR VALID GREEN CARD HOLDER REQUIRED o Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, except in limited circumstances where there is a legal entitlement to an accommodation (i.e. disability, sincerely held religious beliefs, etc.) o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline o 5-10 years of embedded software design o Strong C/C+
programming skills, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and experience with Linux. o Must have very strong technical skills in Real-time Operating Systems (e.g., VxWorks) and bus communication (e.g., 1553, RS-422, RS-232, USB, Ethernet). o Must have significant experience in the entire software life cycle. o Must be flexible, open to new challenges in a dynamic environment, and possess strong technical expertise combined with strong verbal and written communication skills Preferences About Us ZIN Technologies, Inc. is a federal contractor and an award-winning AS 9100 registered small, disadvantaged business (SDB) headquartered in Northeast Ohio. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
