Healthcare Enterprise Account Executive

You will source new business, close deals and cultivate deep partnerships with Chief Human Resource Officers and C-Level Executives. You will cultivate relationships in the Healthcare industry to expand the company's network and source client leads on an ongoing basis. To be successful in this role:
You will be able to deliver the Wellthy pitch, address objections and answer questions. You have experience selling to the Healthcare Provider Market You will have a robust rolodex of Executive and HR leaders at top companies. You will have a large personal network with whom you're comfortable asking for meetings and introductions. You will be able to close $2 Million
in new revenue. You will work creatively to find effective ways to get into new prospects. You will have impeccable, fast follow up and polite persistence that moves deals through the sales cycle. You will have the experience working with channel partners, brokers, or consultants. Qualifications required for this role include:
5 or more years of experience selling enterprise level software and to Chief Executives of Healthcare industries. Experience building revenue at a Series B company and working with companies similar to Oracle, ServiceNow, Alight, Willis Tower Watson. Detail-oriented and responsive to clients and team members Experience managing 6-9
month sales cycles, $300k
deals, and attaining $1.5-2M
quota. Qualifications that are preferred but not mandatory:
Experience selling in the benefits space. Experience selling to companies with over 10,000 employees with an average deal size of $300,000 or more. Experience working in a remote environment.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
